Allison Slavin joined Shari Saves Homes in November 2023 as a partner, bringing her extensive expertise in foreclosure prevention and home loan modifications to assist clients nationwide.
With a focus on helping homeowners navigate financial difficulties, Allison works tirelessly to provide solutions for those who are behind on mortgage payments, regardless of the amount or duration of arrears. Her dedication ensures that clients with loans ranging from $300,000 to several million dollars receive the support they need to avoid foreclosure and maintain their homes.
Prior to joining Shari Saves Homes, Allison had a distinguished 15-year career at Capital One, where she held various senior recruitment roles. Most recently, she served as the Recruiting Manager for Enterprise Services Risk & Enterprise Supplier Management, overseeing the recruitment process for Director and Senior Director positions.
Her earlier roles included managing recruitment for HR Leadership and People Strategy & Analytics, demonstrating her ability to identify and secure top talent for high-level positions.
Allison’s career began in the service industry, where she developed her strong work ethic and people skills as a server at Outback Steakhouse. She later transitioned to an Executive Assistant role at MarcParc Inc., where she gained valuable administrative experience.
Allison holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, where she studied from 2004 to 2008, and she is an alumna of Walter Johnson High School. Her diverse background and unwavering commitment to helping homeowners make her an invaluable asset to Shari Saves Homes.
