Shari's journey in the housing and financial sectors began with her successful tenure at NRI Staffing, where she spent 15 years as the Director of Business Development. During her time there, she was instrumental in securing new business across various company disciplines, including administrative, accounting, legal, and healthcare sectors. Her exceptional sales skills earned her the title of Salesperson of the Year in 1991 and 1992.

Before founding Shari Saves Homes, Shari owned an executive search firm specializing in the technology and financial industries. Her extensive experience in executive recruitment has equipped her with unique insights into the challenges faced by high-level professionals, further informing her compassionate approach to foreclosure prevention and loan modifications.

Shari's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from American University, where she graduated in 1980. Her education laid the foundation for her effective communication skills and strategic thinking.
